Brain fog, so many people live with it where it's not just about having a foggy mind for
a couple of minutes or needing a cup of coffee to kind of clear it.
Where it becomes a problem because we're living our life and it's interfering with our life
and then becomes a thing we see and feel where something's wrong.
So many people are living with brain fog, severe to mild.
The severe brain fog cases that people suffer with are really devastating.
I'm sure some of you guys have experienced that, at least before you're doing the medical
meme information to heal up your brain fog and move forward with your life.
And that's the thing, too.
If you've actually struggled or suffered from anything or any of these kinds of symptoms
or conditions, God, the vast knowledge you have in your life and experience is just so
amazing.
But let's go into this whole brain fog thing right here.
So many people have a variety of brain fog, right?
It's different than so many other people's variety of brain fog. It's not always the same.
Some people can communicate with their brain fog, but they can't listen, really. They can't hear.
So if someone's talking to them or they're watching something or watching a video,
they can't really get all the data, the information. It's not like entering or it doesn't feel like
it's actually computing, okay? But yet they can talk and get their thoughts out. Then there's
other people, they can't get their thoughts out where they're having a difficult time with getting
words and articulating and putting words together and sentences together. And so if they're trying
to talk to someone, they're like struggling and they go quiet and they can't speak. And then
someone would be like, are you okay? Are you okay? But yeah, yeah, I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm just trying
to get my words out. I'm trying to, you know, it's on the tip of my tongue all the time. It's on the
tip of my tongue and they're dealing with the form of brain fog, right? And then there's people where
they have a hard time receiving the information and they have a hard time in expressing the
information, like expressing it and receiving it. And there's that person that instead they feel
like they have confusion. Everything is just confusion. Everything, every thought in their
head, every thought in their mind, every single idea they have, it's just kind of kabobled up and
jumbled up and confused inside. They're like, it's instead of a brain fog, it's like brain confusion,
which in turn can be just like brain fog. Okay. And there's that person that it all makes sense
in their head. They can lay there, think about all their thoughts. It all makes sense. It's all
working. They can stand there, think about all their thoughts. It's all working. It's all making
sense. Everything's kind of together, right? They're living inside their head and they're doing
good. They're living inside their mind and they're doing good. And then when it's time,
it's time to communicate. It's time to express it or write it or type it out or formulate it
where you're doing the physical action. Like, let me get on the computer now and start putting
together on the computer everything that I have here because I have it all here it makes all sense
to me let me get on the computer and write this letter to a friend let me get on the computer
and address this problem at work and when they get there it's like you just can't do it you can't
you're just a struggle to and it's like what's wrong with you well I think it's like I'm just
I don't know I'm just confused or it's brain fog or you go to a doctor or practitioner like I think
you got brain fog. Everybody has a different version, a different level of it. And then
there's the ADHD. Then there's the ADD. There's that too, right? You can have that. And then
there's a combination of anxiety that can kind of go into the brain fog. There could be OCD too,
that goes into the brain fog. And that makes it even more complicated. So it's not like someone
has brain fog and brain fog alone. You can be someone that has brain fog, OCD, touch of anxiety,
touch of depersonalization, can be like a full package of a bunch of things. And that makes it
really hard for somebody too. And then you can be somebody where it's just brain fog and only a
little bit of brain fog, a little bit of fogginess. They need a cup of coffee, it feels like, then
they can move on for a little bit and then they have another problem with it. But it's kind of
there, but not so bad. And then can have somebody with all of it, complete works, the whole package.
It's a bunch of things all kind of jumbled up with it. So let's go into a little bit of what
happens and how it works. So if we have brain fog, we obviously have something wrong with our brain.
Something is wrong. Okay. So what that, what that could be determines like what's happening in
someone's life too, what kind of exposure they've had. So we'll go into a little bit more detail,
Our brain is an organ. That organ can become contaminated. So things that aren't supposed to be inside our brain can end up inside our brain. Some of those things are virus material. So neurotoxins. Viruses tend to feed off of foods it likes.
So viruses like Epstein-Barr can feed off of toxic heavy metals, release a neurotoxin.
That neurotoxic film that comes out of that, that gets extradited out of the virus,
where it's a neurotoxin made out of metals because the virus fed off of metals,
that neurotoxin goes up into the brain, crosses the blood-brain barrier,
gets onto all the neurons, starts a short-circuit electrical impulses,
and then we end up with a form of brain fog from that alone.
And then there's somebody where something's actually in the brain.
It's been stationed in there a long time and starts to develop a problem.
So like toxic heavy metals like mercury, copper, aluminum, lead, arsenic,
any kind of toxic heavy metal that shouldn't be inside the brain
starts to accumulate and starts to get deposited in there.
And then there's somebody that could have a lot of MSG toxicity
where MSG is inside the brain.
That's why I don't recommend nutritional yeast.
That's why I don't recommend any kind of supplements.
It's a natural flavoring in it.
It's all MSG.
And when people live off of MSG and don't even know it,
they're taking it every single day.
MSG deposits can get inside the brain, causing problems too, right?
Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides.
There's all kinds of different chemical exposure we get from new clothing.
There's fragrances.
There's air fresheners.
There's different fragrance products.
or scented candles. All these different chemical exposures that we get end up inside the brain,
and they end up on neurons. And as they're on neurons, we end up getting problems with our
brain. Some of those symptoms can develop into what feels like a brain fog. So many people have.
So not only can brain fog be viral issues like Gepstein-Barr, feeding off of toxins and poisons,
then releasing more neurotoxins, those neurotoxins getting to the brain,
short-circuiting electrical impulses.
Not only can that give us brain fog, but actual poisons and toxins themselves
that end up in the brain and land on neurons causing a short circuit of neurotransmitters,
short circuit of electrical impulses, right, so that we have a problem.
So when it comes down to something like OCD, you can have a toxic heavy metal on a neuron
and the electrical impulse hits that neuron.
And then we have these OCD symptoms,
which I'll talk about another time more in depth.
But brain fog can be very large
in the sense where it's encompassing
a lot of different problems, different diagnoses,
different symptoms all into one.
Like I was saying earlier,
someone can have a little bit of everything.
OCD, depression, anxiety,
they can have that encompassed along with depersonalization,
bipolar, ADD, and they can have it all encompassed into also a fog, a type of fog and a deep type
brain fog. Anyway, more information on this really in depth in the Brain Saver books. Check them out
when you get a chance. These are really thorough with brain fog and other conditions and symptoms
too. This concludes this newsletter for this week, exclusive newsletter video, and I will
see you guys next week. Looking forward to it.
